Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

These Terms of Service apply to all members of the Heilweil Family Portal ("the Portal"). By accessing the Portal you agree to these terms. Access is by invitation only and is limited to members of the Heilweil family and their household members.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Portal respectfully and in a manner consistent with family values. You must not:

• Share your login credentials or invite link with anyone outside the family.
• Upload or post content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful to any family member.
• Use the Portal for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Portal that you are not authorised to use.
• Upload photos of family members, especially minors, without the consent of the person or their parent/guardian.

3. Content you upload

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content you grant the Portal a limited licence to store and display that content to other family members. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

4. Privacy

Content shared in the Portal is private to family members only. Do not screenshot, download, or share content from the Portal with people outside the family without the consent of the person shown or who posted it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

5. Children's accounts

Child accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the child's use of the Portal. The parent or guardian should supervise their child's activity and may request account deletion at any time.

6. Account suspension

The portal administrator reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or whose owner is no longer a member of the family community, without prior notice.

7. Availability

The Portal is provided as a family service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for any loss arising from temporary downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable steps to maintain backups and uptime.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Members will be notified of significant changes via the family feed.
